MCX Alerts terms of use
Last updated 12 October 2026. Effective 12 October 2026.
What the app is
MCX Alerts shows gold and silver futures prices, sends price alerts you configure, tracks positions you enter and provides a rate board for jewellers. It is an information tool. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a brokerage service. You make your own trading decisions.
These terms apply alongside the general terms at https://kumkumhomes.site/terms/. Where they differ, these terms apply to MCX Alerts.
Not affiliated with MCX
MCX Alerts is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd. "MCX" identifies the exchange on which the referenced contracts trade.
Prices and alert delivery
Prices can be delayed, interrupted or inaccurate. Alerts depend on your phone, its network, its battery and notification settings, and third-party push services. We work to deliver alerts quickly, but we cannot guarantee delivery or timing. Do not rely on the app as your only safeguard against trading risk.
Subscriptions
Pro is a subscription billed by Google Play, monthly or yearly, and may start with a free trial. When a trial ends you are charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
Rate boards
A rate board shows MCX prices plus the premium and tax you configure. You are responsible for the rates you publish to your customers.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, try to access other users’ data, resell or redistribute the price feed, or interfere with how the service runs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for trading losses or for missed, delayed or incorrect prices or alerts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
